  APPALLING!
  Todd was disrespectful, rude and incompetent. Our experience was horrendous. I urge anyone in need of mortuary or funeral services to use another provider.

  Being from the South I guess I am accustomed to a certain level of decorum. The service was at 1:00, being from out of town, we arrived at 12:10 to find the facility, found the doors locked, were advised we were early and were escorted back out. After the doors were unlocked and we re-entered, we asked for water or coffee which seemed to be quite an inconvenience for the staff. Very disappointed with the overall experience.

  Terrible service, disregarded family wishes. Todd was disrespectful, rude, and failed to provide the guidance our family needed during a terrible time.
